The "Victory Elephant Breakfast" is a grassroots Republican gathering meeting continuously since October of 1982. It meets on the 1st Saturday of each month in Rosemead. Federal, State & County Officials, Councilmen, Commissioners, Clergy, Veterans, & other Patriots have addressed the VEB. H. Edward Ross, who chaired the 49th ARCC for many years & Sergio Picchio, a past president of the CRA, founded it. Congressman John Rousselot was our first guest speaker
